Full-service property management is $100/door/month. For that fee, rent is collected, and SMPM acts as the owner's intermediary in all points of contact with the tenant, municipality, and any housing authority. Owners are paid via ACH. Additionally, all maintenance issues are performed or ordered through our maintenance division. All owners/tenants have access to their online portal which displays all of the financial and repair requests per property per door.
